It is not easy to present a lounge or scene effect in close-up. Some scenic effects are so stunning that we, magicians, would like to present them a few centimeters from the eyes of our spectators. But often it is unfortunately impossible! Impossible ? Really ?
Get your card game out of your pocket.
Take out the 52 cards in their case and show them without any restrictions on your entourage, 52 cards, all different, nothing more.
Explain to your spectators that each of us has a small weakness for a card, some will prefer heart value cards for the love side or others for the clovers for the lucky side, etc ...
Explain that your favorite card is undoubtedly the King of Pique!
Take the king of your game out of your game and show it around while explaining that the king of spades can also make a curious magical feat.
Show the card, even invite your spectators to touch the map on its entire surface, nothing, absolutely nothing abnormal, it's a card, a king, with two swords and nothing more!
Place your favorite card on the visible face table and invite a spectator to choose a card in the rest of your game.
To better understand, we will imagine that the card thus selected is: 10 from heart.
The spectator's card is lost in the game, spread it immediately in your hands, the chosen card has completely disappeared!
Take up your fetish card between thumb and index, show it one last time.
Your second hand, on the other hand, raises half of the game a few centimeters.
