Lighting Routines
With MATT+, you can control the color, intensity, and behavior of the light in your thumb tip. Choose from 8+ colors, adjust brightness, or create custom light patterns like flashing, pulsing, or fading. You can even sync the light with music or a lie detector routine, and control your iPhone’s flashlight remotely. After you have created the routine, you can save it for future use too! Create incredible light choreography, all at your fingertips.
Mentalism Performances
MATT+ has revolutionized mentalism. Traditionally, electronic magic props are embedded with chips or electronics, limiting their versatility. Imagine predicting information like a spectator’s chosen color, time, or even dice rolls, all in advance. With MATT+, your accessories are totally normal, or you use imaginary accessories! Yes, you read that right, and we mean it!
Imagine a totally open discussion with your spectator. Everything he tells you can be predicted by showing a picture in your photo gallery on your phone, and later by email, text message, etc.!
And this is just the beginning. MATT+ is fully scalable, with new accessories and features always in the works. Existing appsin the market could be controlled in the future by MATT+ remote if we could deal agreements with their creators.
MATT+ APPS
To offer a fun experience to MATT users, we put a lot of thought into the user experience.
Inspired by the magical world of the 19th and 20th centuries, the thumbnails menu and contents of our applications will be made to be extremely user-friendly. The programs are very intuitive, they allow everyone - regardless of their level in digital magic or tech - to very quickly integrate some very impactful performances into their repertoire.
As for the design of the remote control, its size allows it to be discreetly integrated into many accessories, particularly in an thumb tip or even palmed.
The design of MATT+ was carefully crafted for usability, and the corresponding application interface was created to be not only user friendly, but aesthetically pleasing and magician worthy. We ensure the controls are intuitive and easy to navigate as well. Whether you're a tech novice or an experienced digital magician.

THE STORY BEHIND MATT+
In 2020, Guillaume Donzeau introduced the precursor to MATT+ at the Magic Dream store in Paris. The original version, called the PLT (Programming Light Thumb), was released in 2018 and featured a remote hidden inside a thumb-shaped device. While this was impressive on its own, Guillaume Bienne and Yoan Tanuji, professional magicians and managers of Magic Dream, saw even more potential. They expanded MATT+’s functionality beyond controlling lights and sounds.
After four years of development, we are excited to unveil how this has evolved into a versatile, high-tech tool with an entire ecosystem designed for iOS. Does MATT work on Android?
MATT is only compatible with iOS. The app was developed exclusively for the Apple environment to ensure optimal stability, smooth synchronization with connected devices, and an uncompromised user experience.
Is MATT suitable for beginner magicians?
MATT was designed for magicians of all levels, but it is primarily intended for those who already have some experience in close-up or mentalism.
The device offers powerful and discreet possibilities, but requires a good understanding of staging, timing, and audience psychology to be used effectively.
That said, a motivated and curious beginner can learn to use it perfectly, especially thanks to the many tutorials included and the guided routines offered in the app.
Can multiple MATTs be connected at the same time?
Yes, it is entirely possible to connect multiple MATT devices simultaneously.
This allows you to create even more advanced routines.
