Order
We are committed to accepting your order in the terms of these General Conditions of Sale.
When the consumer clicks on the button or the link "pay now", he is then irrevocably linked, his acceptance cannot be called into question unless I am applying article 8.
We ask you to note that we will respond to your order within the limit of our available stocks or subject to stocks available from our suppliers. Unless expressly indicated, the presence of an item in our online catalog means that it is available for sale but not necessarily stored by us. He can therefore be the subject of an order by us with one of our suppliers.
If despite our vigilance products are temporarily unavailable (stock breaking, re-editions etc.), we will inform you by e-mail and invite you to cancel or modify your order. If the products prove to be definitively unavailable (stock exhaustion, unpublished works, etc.) After ordering, we will automatically cancel your order, and inform you by email
By confirming your order, you accept all of these General Conditions of Sale made available on the site, and acknowledge having a perfect knowledge of it, thereby renouncing any contradictory document, and in particular your own general purchase conditions, the act of purchase resulting in acceptance of these general conditions of sale. This confirmation as well as all the data we have recorded will constitute proof of our transactions.
Price
The prices are indicated in euros all taxes included. The delivery costs will be added. If delivery takes place outside the territory of the European Union, the customs and formalities relating to it remain the exclusive responsibility of the consumer. The consumer then undertakes to verify the conformity of delivery with regard to the country of delivery.
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but we are committed to applying the prices in force which will have been indicated to you at the time of your order.
Payment
The order price is due immediately on the date of the order.
If you live in mainland France, Monaco or Dom-Tom, you can make the payment by payment card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, American Express), cashier mandate cash or by counter-reimbursement.
If you live abroad, you can make payment by payment card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastecard), cash mandate. In this case, the regulation by check is only possible if it is drawn on a bank domiciled in France.
Banking cards issued by banks domiciled outside France must be international bank cards.
Secure online payment by bank card presents safely: it uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. The information transmitted is encrypted by software and cannot be read during transport on the network.
The bank card numbers transmitted to us are not stored in any IT database. They remain physically attached to the invoice.
We do not accept checks or cash mandates.
A commission of 3% is added to the total of your order, for any payment using Paypal.
The consumer attests to have the necessary authorizations to make the payment he chooses. As part of a payment by bank card, the payment order may be revoked in the event of fraudulent use of the card in accordance with the agreement concluded between the consumer and his banking establishment.
