Shipping policy
Unless otherwise provided, delivery is made to the address you indicated when ordering. The risks will be your responsibility from the date on which the products ordered will have left our premises.
Postal delivery times are only indicative, they do not include preparation times, or shipping orders. They also do not include deadlines for supplying non -stored products.
Our responsibility cannot be engaged in the event delay of delivery of the transport company or the customs authorities.
Regarding pre -orders: if you pre -order articles (books, DVDs, Tricks, etc.) and that you include other items in your basket, your order will simply be shipped on the date of the official release (indicated on the product sheet) of pre -order items. It is therefore preferable to place two separate orders to prevent your order from being put on hold before being shipped to the official exit of the products.
