Reserve of ownership
The goods delivered will remain our property until you have fulfilled all your obligations against us and in particular until full payment of the price, if necessary increased by interest. This reserve of ownership does not preclude the transfer of risks which will be responsible for the date on which the products ordered will have left our premises in accordance with the provisions of article 5.
Guarantee of hidden defects and responsibility
In the event or the products we have given you a hidden defect, you have a period of 15 clear days to return the products to us. You will be compensated for the shipping costs by an equivalent value purchase voucher.
We can, in our choice, eliminate this defect or replace the product stale by another. If we do not want to eliminate this defect or replace the property vitiated, or if we are unable to do so, or if we cannot do it within the period due to elements that depend neither our will nor our fact, you can, at the choice, send it back to reimbursement of the price and return costs or ask us for a reduction in the sale price.
The products offered comply with the French legislation in force. We decline all responsibility in the event that the product delivered does not comply with the legislation of the country of delivery.
