Spin Doctor is one of the favorite packages of its creator, John Bannon, because it contains a lot of magic with only a handful of cards.
Here is what is happening concretely:
The four aces are shown to the spectator. The aces have returned to the hidden face, and with a magic gesture, they turn visible in front of one at a time.
Then the ace of spades returned to the hidden face and placed on the table.
The magician then tells the public that three miracles are about to occur at the same time.
The first thing is that the Ace of Pique will disappear.
The second thing is that he will reappear between the aces held in the magician's hand.
The third thing is that the remaining aces will all change.
