"It all started with a simple idea. I was wondering if it was possible to create a marked card game that would be easy to read remotely. Cards should look regular in terms of back design, but would be Easy to read near and far. In fact, they would be just as easy to read on the other side of the room, up to more than twenty meters away, that they would be to read closely in an environment of classic performance.
I have tried many different approaches and iterations on the basic concept over the years, resolving each time different problems that arose along the way, refining and developing the idea, until I finally find the Ultimate solution!
This is what I offer you now. "
The Eleusis game:
It is the game marked par excellence which can be read as easily from afar, as closely.
These cards are printed on the finest cardboard paper using the True Linen B9 "finish of Cartamundi.
It is a poker size game with a beautiful back design which seems completely normal for the uninitiated, but which has a hidden marking system that will allow you to create miracles to view.
Thanks to the intuitive coding method of numbers integrated into the symmetrical marking system, each card becomes easy to read after a little practice. You can take a look at the back of a card for a second and instantly know your identity, even if the back of the card is partially hidden at the view of your spectator and even if the card is seen from the other Side of the room.
This will become second nature for you to read the cards, once you have spent a little time learning to recognize the various models inherent in the marking system. There is no real mental effort on your part in the execution but if necessary, you can still mentally build the identity of each cards following the simple system rules of the system. As soon as you have familiar with this game, you can get a complete reading of each card in a second!
The marking system uses the negative white space specific to the design of the back to create each of the markings, which means that they will remain completely hidden at the sight of those for whom you play, via perception.
