The cards have a black ink thoroughly lost on faces and backs, but all the design work is done from aluminum foil. The rear design has a detailed geometric arrangement with leaves and flowers growing from the rigid structure. The backs are stamped with a beautiful Golden leaf.
The faces use golden and red leaves and have elegant shorts and personalized numbered cards. Personalized jokers can be used as Jokers in all your favorite games, while two bonus gaff cards can be used for magic tricks. It's not the same as black gilding.
