Here is what is happening:
The magician removes his keys from a keychain. One of the keys is placed in the spectator's hand to be safe. The magician then tears the hole from the key he holds. When the spectator opens his hand, the key he holds now two holes! The magician then obviously removes the second hole in the key that the spectator holds and transplants him on the stem of the original key. The best part is that anything can be examined.
