About the author:
Born in 1975, Thomas Arcens is scene, hypnotherapist and hypnosis teacher at Reunion Island. Anthropologist by training, he carried out part of his professional career as a written press journalist before devoting himself to hypnosis which he first learned empirically. After starting in the street and proposed shows, he trained in therapeutic hypnosis and opened his cabinet in 2016.
Each year, he trains a dozen people for stage hypnosis, in groups and individuals. He is also the co-author of Bourbon Rock (Le Corridor Bleu) and the animator of the Youtube channel "Your eyelids are heavy" devoted to hypnosis.
