The prediction of the jewelry box, a classic in the field of magic effects, captivates the public for decades. From the "Box Office" of T.A. Waters in 1979, this enchanting routine consists in choosing a precious stone in a wooden box and revealing a prediction corresponding to the chosen stone.
Although the routine is concise and intuitive, we believe that certain aspects could be improved. For example, the unique shape and size of the accessory can hinder the spectator in its manipulation. To strengthen the importance of this effect, we have considered various modifications and innovations.
First of all, with regard to the configuration of the product, we have replaced all the prediction graphics and the selections with pseudo-espi symbolic dice, in order to obtain a more refined and visually clearer presentation. Second, we have hidden the central mechanism of this magic product for the method, leaving no visible trace outside. In addition, we have added a small detail where the prediction can be placed inside the drawer in front of the public. Although apparently insignificant, this detail strengthens and completes the magic effect throughout the routine.
More importantly, we have introduced structural innovations by incorporating a positioning system and modifying the general dimensions. This transforms the magic accessory into an ordinary dice box which can be examined by the public. Although this aspect is not the most crucial, it enriches the essence of this magic product and its interpretation of the magic effect. Finally, using first quality ebony wood and using meticulous artisanal know -how, we are proud to present the brand new conceptualized product - the Maya box.
