Made from 8 mm -thick Solid Stainless Steel with an inner Diameter of 100 mm (4 Insches), this Ring Weights in At 125 Grams (4.4 Oz) - Almost Three Times The Weight of Most Rings this size. The Extra Weight Gives It A Satisfying "Fall" when tosted onto a rope, Bringing Momentum That Makes Each Move in your Routine Look Smooth and intention.
