Take a card and a toothpick ...
Also take a bank note, nothing else!
With these three elements, you are ready to deceive your audience!
The effect:
Show the card to your spectators, this credit card has a single hole on the long side, a hole in the center of the length.
Fold the ticket in half lengthwise.
Everything is clean because each movement is done a few centimeters from the eyes of the spectators.
Place the card in the ticket folded in half.
Using the toothpick, pierce the ticket from workout! The card is now imprisoned in the ticket!
Hold everything in the air, show the front and back, a few centimeters from your spectators!
Ask one of your spectators to shoot the credit card to check that it cannot move until the toothpick holds it.
Impossible ? Are you sure ?
Explain that it is now possible to move the material, move the central hole and therefore move the credit card!
No sooner said than done !
Start moving the card slowly to the right.
Move the card now on the other side, to the left. The map seems to pass through the toothpick, because it flows freely from right to left.
It's easy, you explain when the hole moves, that's all!
To these improbable words, remove the toothpick to show that the hole is no longer in the center, it is now completely offbeat!
Now put it back in place and replace the credit card in the center, in its initial position.
Remove it again to show that everything is like at the beginning.
Believe me, this is a really amazing illusion and your spectators will wonder for a long time how such a thing is possible!
