What Nicolas thinks
"I have been thinking of this game for years.
Adift represents our fight.
I imagine our life as an ocean.
The waves are people.
Waves are projects.
The waves are emotions.
So you can decide: take the wave or face the wave?
But sometimes the wave will shoot you. And you are going to hurt yourself on the ground. Very difficult.
The most important thing here is: do not be adift.
Being adift is a choice, it is a weakness.
But what is strange is that I learned much more when I was Adrift.
I learned much more when I suffered.
But I did not stay in this state of mind.
I decided to fight.
You can be adift, but only a short period of time or it will destroy you.
Do not be adift, face the wave, go up to the surface and learn.
Do not be adift. You will not control anything, you will only follow the general wave.
Being drift is a choice.
If you are not happy, if you stay at the bottom of the ocean, it's your choice.
It's your choice to be adift.
Adift is a tribute. A tribute to my love for the ocean. My fights in life. And a tribute to my friend Anh, who died drowned at the age of 17. It was one of my very first waves that I captured and which I did not know how to face it. And this is the first event for which I learned so much and I always learn. It changed my life. Because life does not care who you are, your projects. Death can take you.
We do not have time to be adift.
With Adift, I want you to fight.
I want you to choose and treat your waves.
Be confident.
Do not be adift, where life will take you to a situation you don't want. And you will remain adift.
Do what you want, say what people don't want to hear.
Do not be adift, or you will flow.
