A presentation by Julien Losa
"I presented Prescience An incalculable number of times! On my 500 theater dates in Paris on 2013/2014, I used this tour about 200/250 times, more every time I did it in cabaret, lounge, etc.
My game is prepared as follows:
Dame de Coeur (duplicatas): numbered cards from 1 to 20 6 of spades (duplicatas): numbered cards from 33 to 52 full game: numbered 30
I have a paper dumpling on which 30 big is written.
Here is my text, roughly speaking:
I address a spectator by throwing the dumpling:
"Hop, grab the dumpling ... In a moment a music will start ... When the music starts you go pass the dumpling to someone, it can be on your left, on your right, in front of you, little, little No matter ... just: don't throw the dumpling, you pass it from hand to hand."
Note: of experience, a dumpling from person to person it is to take the risk that the dumpling falls to the ground and that nobody picks it up and ... a waste of time, a unwashing atmosphere, etc.
"When the music stops, the person having the dumpling in hand will have to get up. Ready ? Go!"

You can also bounce back on that for aFFand humorous. In short: in the end someone with the dumpling ends up getting up, you ask him for his first name, etc.
"Ok, I have ... good and bad news. The good news is that you are not going to go on stage ... The bad news is that you are going to make two enemies. You will choose two people, a man and a woman at random, whom you do not know, and who will have to go on stage."
I look at the audience "I love this kind of emotional elevator: while the dumpling passed from hand to hand you all tried not to have it in hand when the music stops ... and now ... I Am on that you all regret not have it in hand at this precise moment."
The spectator chooses two people, who come on stage, I warmly welcome them, ask for the first names, makes them applauded etc.
I have the card game in hand, always in its box.

And they are numbered in disorder and what is interesting is that I know which card corresponds to which number and which number corresponds to which card, but ... not you! For example I know that ... " (I will give two or three examples: 1 or two examples by appointing a number and announcing the card, then vice versa, and I will put these cards aside so that they are not named for the last phase, we will come back) "And obviously all the cards are diFFErects!" (I spread the game a little to the audience, to show the cards diFFerente)
I take a pad, I look at the spectator on stage and ... I write lady at heart ... Then I look at the man and I write 6 of spades ... I show the pad to the public and I explain : The goal of the game for me will be to make them say the number on the back of the cards specially selected for them.
I turn to the woman: "MMMH, we will use the famous female intuition ... and make your imagination work. Close your eyes and imagine: you are ... on a beach, you walk, the sand is hot under your feet, almost burning ... A person gets closer to you, they wear a green tshirt and yellow sunglasses, You look at her and ... Yes, absolutely, first reflex: what is this way of dressing? Then you stop him and tell him "Excuse me, would you have time?" The person looks at his watch ... and tells you the time, a round hour, no minute .... Rouve your eyes: what time?"
Your spectator says "6 hours", You look at her and you say"6 am or 6 pm? Take the time to be sure, I want you to feel free to choose."She chooses 6. The magician therefore writes 6 in front of Lady of heart on her pad.
Note: I particularly like this "forcing" ... It suggests to the spectator that she has many more possibilities. As my game goes up to 20, obviously if the spectator says 9/10/11,
I do not ask for 21/22/23 ...
You turn to the other spectator on stage: "Good .. male intuition is ... not super super widespread, so we will be based on instinct ... Testosteroooone ... The survival instinct. Imagine: you are at the doctor, he puts his ear behind your back and asks you to say 33. With an air of distrust, you announce ... a number between 33 and 52, any. Quick, quickly, a number?!"The spectator announces 43."43? Are you sure ? Perfect."The magician writes 43 on the PAD next to the 6 of Pique.
"As I know my game ... Yes, I can confirm that on the back of the Lady of Heart there is number 6 and on the back of 6 of spades, it's number 43, thank you ... Good evening!"People laugh, you chain:" Ok ok, I feel that you have to always prove everything, let's go ... "
You will spread the cards faces below, looking for the numbers and taking the two spectators on stage:
"Let us seek 6 and 43 ... and you can see that all numbers are alsoFFerects ...”
Note: I know that many refuse to say this kind of thing put in this case, it is more an application of the magic path of Tamariz, I cut any possibility of clinging to anything. I showed and verbalized at the beginning the cards all diFFerentes ... insisting slightly on the numbers all diFFErents also reminds spectators that they saw the cards diFFerente ... and now the numbers ... So there is nothing to hang on as "possibility of explanation" and in fact, also during the finale of this tour, there will be nothing hang up and without needing to prove anything more.
You find the 6th, and you take out the card without showing the public or the spectator and ask her to put her against her chest. Same for man and 43. hold the pad, and summarize: “So according to Madam, the pique lady is numbered 6 and according to the 6 of Pique is numbered 43 ... Turn your cards! And yes, eFFEstate!"
