This effort was launched in the "Thoughts on ..." section by Luka, which was published in The New Tops magazine from October 1993 to December 1994.

John's section was addressed to the majority of magicians who tend to do a lot of pocket tours and living rooms for little ones and few shows. He knew that most magic shows are informal, sometimes spontaneous events, and that it is generally a presentation of a few laps during a party or a social or professional meeting. He therefore chose equipment for ninety percent and more magicians who are not professionals. Among the big magic tricks presented in L.I.N.T., let us quote the amazing Chromo Balls by John Luka (a great success at Fechter's), an approach to pure prestidigitation of the Chromo Spheres of Daley.

There is also material from the columns of Tops magazine which covers several simplified variations and manipulations of concepts such as the simple arithmetic of Vernon, the Zarrow Shuffle, the Turnover Pass, the Homing Card of Brother Hamman, and four instructive exercises for Combine various sequences for assembling cards in cohesive procedures. Several fascinating creations of Ron Bauer (author of the new and fascinating series of Monographs Ron Bauer Private Studies) are presented, in particular the tour which has forever changed the life of John Luka, the magic coin.

You will also find Ron Bauer's lies detector, the original and unparalleled method and presentation of what has become a classic of the magic of the cards (but it is not a question of computerizing a game or detecting lies! ), as well as two ever -published miracles, second Sight, a comic effect of triple prediction, and Devilish Trickery, a clear and technically subtle handling and presentation of the diabolical miracle of Marlo/d'Amico. Ron Bauer also makes Key to the Draw intelligible, the first round published by Jack McMillen and Charlie Miller, two longtime friends. Milt Kort, the man who invented the Combo Coin Box routines, reveals his remarkable Okito Less Coin Box and Paul Chosse provides the details of his sly debugging of the Erdnase diagonal palm shift. John Luka also asked Paul Cummins, Ron Aldrich, John Morgan, Bill Kalush, Michael Ammar, Chris Carter and Eric Decamps. 143 pages, 8-1/2 x 11 with color jacket.
